Wuxi Airstorm Intelligence Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in August 2009, located in Wuxi City Jiangsu Province. We are committed to the development research and manufacturing of wire harness processing equipment, and have an excellent design team and advanced processing equipment.
Wuxi Airstorm’s factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters. With the rapid development of the automotive industry, the wire harness processing/production process has been automated and is very professional and meticulous.
In response to market demand, a new company-Wuxi TD machine Co., Ltd. was established, which is focused on the field of customized wire harness processing. AGA300 Series
Automatic Grommet Assembly Machine
AGA300 is used for assembling the grommet on sensor cable of automotive wire harness, such as the Wheel Speed Sensor, ABS cable. The machine assembles the grommets automatically once the operator inserts the cable into the first grommet modular. The concept and platform of machine ensure the position and angle of each grommet stable and repeatable.

SSC-500 Series
Dual Wire Strip Seal and Crimp Machine
SSC501 is designed for processing the jacket cable and twisted cable. It integrates three functions, sealing-stripping-crimping. Each function can be selected individually. It is a semiautomatic machine. It crimps the terminal one by one and it makes the CFM work in the normal way. This machine save much time and keep stable quality due to its smart design.

Semiautomatic Coaxial Cable Stripping Machine
Production proven mechanics, combined with state of the art electronics and a 3D Graphical operation interface an easy to use platform which offers maximum efficiency.
The coaxial cable stripping machine ACS1590 can easily process coaxial and triaxial cables with a maximum outside diameter of 15mm(0.59″)(ACS2515 can have a maximum outside diameter of 25mm ).Due to the unique 4 blade concept the machine is able to strip thin, tough and slightly out of round insulations. With a sample programming library and 500 program memory, this machine is ideal for low volume, quick change over applications as well as high volume production runs, giving the best possible flexibility and productivity to your production methods.

AJS2460
Jacket Stripping Machine
The AJS2560 jacket stripping machine can strip the jackets of round wires and cables up to 26 mm in diameter with a stripping length up to 600 mm.
The solid, powerful machine processes thick, tough, soft and thin insulation materials. Simple operation, short cycle times and a universal blade design guarantee a good return on investment. The rotating 4-blade system centers the cable and creates precise incisions into the cable jacket. After the cable jacket has been cut, it is removed using a strong electric motor (full / partial or window strip can be selected). Pneumatically operated clamping jaws guarantee optimal cable retention during the stripping processing, then waste insulation material is automatically ejected.

Plugging Machine
As the fourth-generation upgraded model of the 300/310/320 series, the TD330 is specially designed for blocking holes in automotive connectors. featuring greater flexibility, speed and stability. It is perfectly compatible with standard and special plugs. Customer can choose connector automatic or manual feeding. It supports up to 8 types of blind blocks online simultaneously, greatly enhancing the flexibility of the equipment. HSC 800-5/7
HV Cable Stripping Cutting Folding Machine
HSC800 is applied to the processing of the high-voltage coaxial cable of new energy. lt can perform up to seven functions: outer jacket stripping,foil removing,shield cutting,shield flipping,shield brushing,secondary shield cutting and inner insulation stripping(also can half-stripping).It is a semi-automatic machine, easy to operate and with a user-friendly HMI.Each functional unit can be opened and closed independently, for example, it can also process cable harness without aluminum foil layer. The HSC800 has changed the original seven manual processing steps, into only one step in a fully-automatic sequence, greatly improved the production efficiency and quality, is a cost-effective solution.
